  The 5 stars are for Rebecca Hamm. She has fantastic bedside manner! She really listens to what is wrong with you and actively tries to help you. I would recommend seeing her to anyone! Dr. Wood on the other hand I would never see again. I had to see her because Rebecca wasn't in. I will never make that mistake again. I left the office in tears. Her bedside manner was very blunt and rude. I came in for a simple refill and she began to question every medication I was on when the reasons were in the notes and I shouldn't have had to explain anything because I was only asking for a refill on my anti-depressant/anxiety medication. She acted as if I shouldn't be on my anti-depressant/anxiety medication and that therapy would just simply fix it. I would hate for her to have to suffer from terrible mood swings and a constant battle of anxiety. I took extreme offense to her acting as if I was faking or something. It's not something you can just get over. She also questioned my use of taking gabapentin and hydrocodone for my back. I was BORN with scoliosis. I have suffered from back pain and issues my entire life that increase with the passing years. She said well have you thought about surgery? Absolutely not, I will be avoiding that until I have no other choice. That causes more bad than good. I have talked to many people that are health care professionals that said do not do it until it's your last option. I am absolutely stunned at her lack of compassion and her smug demeanor.
