- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible at record keeping. Our Mortgage Company sent in the premium check, which was subsequently cashed. Two weeks after the check was cashed we get a cancellation notice. We called the local office and they had no record of the payment and that we needed to provide them with the cancelled check in order to avoid cancellation. We produced the check. This was the second year this happened. They were pretty rude and very unhelpful. They took our money and then put all the burden of proof back on us.December 25, 2016by Matt Murphy
