  This was my first visit to the Port Orchard Dental Care Center, having moved here from Colorado recently. I needed to establish a new dentist, and this location couldn't be easier and more convenient to my home. I stopped in a few days before my appointment to set up my visit the next few days. Everyone was friendly and I felt genuinely welcomed. I was given paperwork to fill out ahead of time, or do the same online at their website. I chose to use the website. It was very easy to do. My appointment on Friday went very well. I was cared for by an assistant first, then the hygienist, then joined by Dr. Karbassi herself. I was given a very thorough oral/neck/facial examination by the dentist, who documented my teeth and the fillings or crowns in each, if any. I then had a very easy cleaning (my oral health has always been excellent, and I never have problems!) and the dental hygienist explained everything she was doing. She finished with a fluoride treatment for my teeth. I set up my next 6 month visit and appointment date and time. I was given a few samples of various dental care items; floss, toothpaste, and a new toothbrush. I left with a great experience, and will see them again in 6 months. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist, or in need of excellent care they can't find elsewhere. Thank you.

  Dr. Karbassi and her staff were very kind and considerate of me and my situation as a homeless vet. She help me more then the last dentist I had with insurance. I would recommend her.
